Anyhoo, I got three emails from Ned today (03.11.2004). Apparently the cops were chasing him through the great state of Ohio as he struggled to elude police after urinating on a State Trooper's cruiser.
It seems that Ohio's Finest didn't believe Neddy when he tried to explain to them that he has a unique combination of Overactive Bladder and Turret's Syndrome, where he tends to pee really angrily, most often at unexpected intervals.
So, there he is, attempting to elude police in his rented Pinto, just daring them to ram him from behind, while threatening to pee on them from the after-market sunroof. Yes, he has that ability.
Anyway, so as he's roaring through the state of Ohio at 35mph in his rented Pinto (did I mention it had a flat tire?), he passed through this town called Cridersville. No kidding. Cridersville. Always ready with the camera, our intrepid traveller managed to snap off a few shots and send them to me via cellular-satellite-pee-pee uplink.
It's amazing how well these photos turned out, given the dire circumstances of our fearless trekker. I haven't heard from Ned since these photos came in, so I can only hope he's still on the run, eluding police like a modern-day action hero.
